What you are ordering

Each note is composed and handwritten by Nicole Vann from the brief you give, then mailed to the address you provide. Because every note is written by hand, no two look exactly alike, and Nicole chooses the card or paper to suit the tone.

When it is mailed

• Standard: mailed within 5 business days of your order.
• Rush ($15 a note): mailed within 2 business days, when available.
• If you choose a mail-by date, Nicole mails the note on or before that date.
• We are responsible for mailing on time. Delivery times after that are up to the postal service, and international mail can take several weeks.

Prices

Prices are in US dollars. US postage is included; mailing outside the United States adds $4 a note. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

• Until Nicole starts writing a note, you can change it or cancel it for a full refund. Email us at hello@nikkisnotes.com.
• Once she has started writing, the note can no longer be refunded.
• If we get something wrong, such as misspelling a name you gave us or miscopying the address, we rewrite and resend the note at no charge.
• A note returned because the address you gave was wrong can be resent as a new order.

What Nicole will not write

Nicole may decline any brief, for example one that is hateful, threatening, harassing, pretends to be someone it is not in order to mislead, or is unlawful. If she declines, you receive a full refund for that note.

Your part

Please give an accurate address, and only share details you are comfortable having written in a note. You are responsible for the words you ask us to send.
